Excellent Deal On Xbox 360 This Week

Future Shop has an excellent deal on Xbox 360 this week. You can grab a 60 GB model with Gears of War and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for $299.99. Not only do you get a pretty cool console, but those are both very enjoyable games.

Hey, and if you’re one of the people who keeps writing us complaining about our public displays of Xbox affection, maybe you can buy one so you can see why we love it so much (seriously, we like all consoles). At $299.99 (a price which includes two games and a giant hard drive) it makes the 360 the cheapest of the current-generation consoles.

And it loves you, too, David (weirdo).

I love my Xbox 360 too… even when it died for the fourth time(That’s 3 RRODs and one disc drive failure). To defend the 360, it’s because the games appeal to my level of maturity (I’m in my mid-twenties).

I’d own a PS3 if I desired more than just 3 games on it that I can’t get elsewhere (Uncharted, Little Big Planet, and Metal Gear Solid 4).

In today’s economy I can’t just own them all.
And 299.99 + Games is a fantastic deal.

They need some sort of wicked crazy deal for the “Elite” like lower the bundle to 399$ with 2 games or something….I want an Elite :(

I’ll admit. It’s nice having that 120GB harddrive that makes space ‘almost’ a non-issue. That is until the fall update and we start copying all our games to Harddrive. :)
