@matt - I checked it out on EB Games/Gamestop and they have it listed as a pre-order bonus for both in store and online.
One catch with EB Games if you’re ordering it off the American site (You can’t shop on the Canadian one) be prepared to pay extra based on the exchange rate of the dollar. And if you do an instore order, sometimes supplies are limited, so make sure you don’t wait to go pick it up.
Mind you I walked into an EB and asked for the Persona 4 artbook and they had one left and just gave it to me. I hope that helps, sorry it was long winded.
