I know from working the other side of the fence that there are crazy negotiations to be made about digital distribution rights in various territories, and that can be costly. Still, I think it's an investment Microsoft should make if they want to be successful and to allow Zune owners, regardless of location, to enjoy everything the Zune HD will have to offer.
