Bayonetta Delayed, SEGA Aims for Jan 2010 Release

Sometimes not all gaming news is hip and exciting. Today we learned that Bayonetta, a game that Jamie fell in love with ages ago and is looking forward to more than his next meal, has been delayed.
According to Planet Xbox 360, Mike Hayes, President and COO for SEGA West, says, “Bayonetta is an extremely important new IP for SEGA and adds a new level of depth to our growing portfolio. As a result of market analysis we have taken a Publishing decision that January 2010 is the optimum release time in the Western Markets to maximize this exciting new title’s potential.”
Here’s hoping Platinum Games takes the extra time to polish the title!

@Jamie Love: My thoughts exactly.
you know I’m ok with it.. I can deal with delays. Especially it means more polish. I go gaga over polish.
