DETHKLOK DETHKLOK DETHKLOK DETHKLOK!

By Shaun Hatton - July 20th, 2009

Dr. Rockso

One of the most metal gaming sites on the Internet (what is the Internet, though, really?) is reporting that Konami is seeking publishing rights for Metalocalypse: Dethgame, a game based on the most metal show of all time, Metalocalypse. The game will be available over Xbox Live and PlayStation Network sometime in our dark future.

Brendon Small, creator of the show (as well as writer, musician, and voiceover douchebag) confirmed his involvement in the Wall Street Journal of all places, and rather than taking control of the band Dethklok, would-be metal lords will have control over a band of roadies.

And if you’re wondering just who this bozo up top is, his name is Dr. Rockso. He’s the Rock ‘n’ Roll clown. He does cocaine.

I’m afraid that’s all we know.

Well if it’s any good I know I will be getting it.
    I love Metalocalypse.

True story: I bought Guitar Hero II because it includes Dethklok’s “Thunderhorse” as a bonus track. I also bought a PS2 to play it on.

If they ever released a Guitar Hero Dethklok version, it would be my first Guitar Hero purchase. One song isn’t enough for me, I’ve got to have them all.

  5. That sounds like Dethklok Pokemon. Hmm….

I hope it comes with a “Wheelchair Bound” game.

Haha, man. You know, I could see Brutal Legend being this game already. Except far more dark, obviously.

I trust Small to do nothing but good. I’m glad he’s apparently involved.
