Win A Black Lantern Power Ring and Blackest Night #1

The comic-loving do-gooders over at sidekickcomics.ca have given us five Black Lantern power rings and five copies of Blackest Night #1 to give away. As an added bonus, the ring comes in an adult size, unlike the tight Green Lantern ring I have (and am not giving away - I can’t remove it without sawing off a finger, sorry).

If you want to have a chance to win this awesome Black Lantern prize pack, you must have a North American address and send an email to torontothumbs@gmail.com with the subject “Blackest Night” by Saturday, August 8 at 8 p.m. ET. We’ll choose winners at random at some point after the entry deadline. Tell your friends about this if you really like them, but know that having your friends enter will decrease YOUR chances of winning. So think twice before being a schmuck like that.

The Sidekick Comics guys also run a pretty awesome comic shop called Stadium Comics in Shoppers World, Brampton - so if you’re ever in that neighbourhood, go by and tell them I sent you.

This is badass! My old roomy in college had a green one. And he shaved and dyed the Green Lantern symbol into his hair… so… yeah…

So we just send a blank email with the subject Blackest Night?

Don’t worry about it - I just checked and your email got filtered into the right pool. Content of the email doesn’t matter - we’re just looking for the right subject heading to sort the mail into the proper folders.
