Chubby Heavy Rain Gets Release Date

Good news if you’re looking forward to Heavy Rain: It’s coming out February 23. Be sure to pre-order to get the first episode of The Heavy Rain Chronicles for free, Heavy Rain: Chronicle One – The Taxidermist. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait till it becomes available to the masses for a cost of $4.99 USD at a yet-unspecified date.
Canadian retailers participating in this pre-order promotion include Amazon.ca, BestBuy.ca, FutureShop.ca, and EB Games/Gamestop. Be sure to check with your local stores about this deal because some of them are tricky and don’t play by corporate rules, for reasons us regular people can never understand. Now for some reason I have the urge to watch Bowfinger. Go figure.

I don’t even have a PS3 and I want this game.
Actually, it’s one of the few games I want on the PS3, and that’s probably why I don’t have one at this point in time.
Seeing that Quantic Dream made Indigo Prophecy(this is the same company, right?) I’m hoping that maybe a PC port will come at some time, but I’m not crossing my fingers…
On a slightly related note, I always thought it would be awesome to see Indigo Prophecy ported to the Wii, just because of the control method used.
I have a feeling this game is going to cause a lot of sick days to be taken.
