Metroid Prime Trilogy
Discontinued?

Sad news if this is indeed true; Joystiq is reporting that Metroid Prime Trilogy, one of the better Wii games to be released last year and definitely one of the shiniest, may be discontinued. It doesn’t look like they’re having much luck getting a solid answer from Nintendo on this but an Amazon representative was quoted as saying, “Per Nintendo, we will no longer be offering Metroid Prime Trilogy at this time.”
Damn, that sucks. But on the other hand, it does make the super fantastic collection all the more alluring – and collectable!

So apparently I will be rushing out and obtaining a copy ASAP before they start disappearing altogether… Mind you I do enjoy a good game hunt
p.s …Anyone seen a copy of Tomba in the GTA?
This increases my need to grab a copy, quite a few of them still knocking around here in the UK…
Wow, what a novel idea. A collector’s edition that is:
a) Limited
b) Collector’s Item
c) Great Value
Now THIS type of the game is the one you purchase at launch. All 3 Metroid Prime games in a collector’s edition with and art-poster and in a tin can for the same price as Metroid Prime 3? An its discontinued because it was a limited edition item all along? Thanks for releasing the game for us Nintendo!
I agree! Good job, Nintendo.
