Passes to Act of Valor – Advance Screening

For those of you who enjoy playing military games (like the Battlefield or Modern Warfare franchises), this film might be something that you’re interested in. Act of Valor is a film about a team of SEALs (the Bandito Platoon) who rescue a kidnapped CIA operative and discover a deadly terrorist plot that takes them around the world. The cool thing about this movie is that it stars a group of active-duty Navy SEALs. Do you know what’s cooler? Toronto Thumbs has fifteen double passes to an advanced screening of this film.
Alliance is hosting the event at SilverCity at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto on February 15th at 19:00*. All you have to do is E-mail us for your pair. However, please make sure that you can actually attend – if only to be fair to everyone else that might wish to go.
Passes are available on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to one pass per person (which shouldn’t be a problem, seeing as each pass is good for two people). Given how awesome this movie looks, I suspect they will go pretty quickly.
Update (Feb 09, 2012 – 00:30): As of right now the fifteen passes are all spoken for. However, I have received a number of strange e-mails which may or may not be real people. Please feel free to still e-mail us and I will put you on a reserve list just in case these strange e-mails turn out to be bots.
