Looking For a Few Good RTS Peeps
By Jorge Figueiredo - February 12th, 2012
Are you an RTS nut? Are you really good at them? Do like them so much that you participate in an RTS community (forum posting, talking strategy, etc.)? Do you have a keen interest in actual military history (that is, you would be the kind of person who watches documentaries about war on History Television, for example)? Can you see the connections between the games and actual history? Then you might be the kind of person that might be cast into an upcoming History/Discovery style television series!
You can be any gender, or age, but you must be a Canadian citizen (for tax and funding purposes). You should also be charismatic, extroverted – someone who can be themselves on camera (no freezing under the lights). In terms of details, my contact cannot give too many save that it is a history documentary series which seeks to use RTS gamers to play out significant battles and illustrate various military tactics used during the modern area. Positions are paid, and the chosen ones would get to play with some high-tech military simulators.
If this is something you would be keen on, send me an e-mail with your deets and I will pass them on.

“must be a Canadian citizen” Finally, I’m a victim of discrimination!
Good thing you’re awesome!
I’m into RTS.. but I’m not /that/ into RTS if you get my drift. RTS isn’t the last number I call on a Friday night.. but RTS isn’t my first either (shout out to ‘Quick-n-Casual Puzzlers’ and ‘light story platformers’). Me and RTS have a good thing going.. fairly casual but understood. As much as I want to, my life just doesn’t allow me to take it to that level with RTS.
