For a number of us, old game system emulation is a fun hobby; for others, it is a frustrating exercise involving endless tweaking of hardware and headaches (not to mention the grey area of ROM acquisition). Arcade Retro Gaming‘s MCC-216 takes some of the guesswork out of emulation by actually utilizing an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) core; this makes life easy for amateurs and puts power into the hands of the pros, allowing us to play some of our old favourites on any TV or Monitor (depending on which model you buy).
